Remtech Engineers designs, fabricates, and installs mobile, portable, and custom environmental treatment systems for soil, groundwater, wastewater, stormwater, industrial process water, landfill leachate, and contaminated site remediation. Our engineered systems are used for environmental remediation, construction dewatering, industrial wastewater treatment, spill response, groundwater recovery, and pilot testing of treatment technologies. Remtech also manufactures and supplies specialized environmental equipment including oil/water separators, air stripping systems, biosparge and biovent remediation systems, spill response equipment, free-product recovery well pumps, magnetic drain stops, and the HC-2000 enzyme bioremediation accelerator and industrial cleaning agent.

FRAC TANK MAGNETIC AERATION & MIXING SYSTEMS (FRACair)

Remtech’s FRACair and MAGair (Magnetic Aeration System) is a proprietary solution for rapidly converting frac and steel tanks into temporary or permanent wastewater, leachate, water, stormwater, groundwater, or dewatering treatment systems. Remtech's patent pending magnetic anchoring technology, aeration and mixing systems can be rapidly deployed without drilling, welding, or tank mod-ifications —perfect for rental tanks, short or long-term projects during plant expansions, cleanings, repairs or new treatment processes. MAGair SYSTEMS ARE REMOVABLE FOR EASY TANK CLEANING.

WEIGHTED TANK AERATION AND MIXING SYSTEM (TANKair)

Remtech Engineers has re-engineered tank mixing and aeration for poly, stainless and fiberglass tanks from the ground up with TANKair®.  TANKair® uses a weighted aeration grid that reduces capital and operational costs, installation time, and vibration tank damage. Overhead rigid aeration supports and tank penetration are eliminated.

MOBILE PFAS WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS

Remtech Engineers specializes in the mobile treatment of forever chemicals Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) present in wastewater, stormwater, groundwater, landfill leachates, carpet manufacturer discharges, septic sludges and wastewater from other industrial sources. Determining PFAS treatment or disposal options requires Waste Characterization, Treatment Methods & Goals, State and Local Permits, Pilot Testing Demonstrating Treatment Efficacy, and Full-Scale Design - Deployment - Operation, and Discharge Efficacy Testing.

MULTI-PHASE EXTRACTION SYSTEMS

Remtech's custom fabricated mobile Multi-phase High Vacuum Extraction Systems Integrated with HC-2000 Bioremediation produces 25 inches of Hg on a network of dual-phase extraction wells removing free product and vapors from tight soils. Pressure injection of HC-2000 in perimeter wells with simultaneous high vacuum extraction from center wells desorbs free product from soil pores, oxygenates capillary fringe contaminants, and accelerates bioremediation of soil bound contaminants.Typical Components Include: Rotary Claw Blower, Knock-out Tank, Mist Eliminator, Oil Water Separator, Dissolved Air Floatation with Calcium Chloride Flocculation, Sand Filtration, Multi-media Filtration, Bag Filtration & Granular Carbon Filtration.

OIL/WATER SEPARATORS

Available with or without coalescing media. Compatible with Remtech Air Strippers for gravity flow between reactors. Easy access for cleaning. Optional auto skimmer for free product removal. Flowrates from 15 to 100 gpm+.

AIR STRIPPERS  

Low-Profile Diffused Air Strippers - Economical low-maintenance alternative for efficient removal of volatile organic compounds. Remtech's models include the Bubble Lance and LPAS which are available in polyethylene, PVC, steel, and stainless steel. Flowrates from 15 to 100 gpm+. Flow through single or multiple chambers with no small plates or tray orifices to clog. Mobile System also available. Stripping Towers - Manufactured from PVC or Stainless Steel where a minimum footprint is required. Standard tower height 20 feet with diameters ranging from 10 to 24 inches. Various size Jaeger Tripak media. Flowrates ranging from 20 to 100 gpm+.

BIOREMEDIATION SYSTEMS

Low Pressure BioVent System - regenerative blowers available in sizes ranging from 1 to 10 Hp. Flowrates range from 90 to 350 cfm and 45 to 80 inches (water) vacuum. Demisters with high efficiency filters come in 55 & 85 gallon modules. Mobile Systems also available.

Medium Pressure BioVent System - Rotary Lobe Blowers (up to 15 psi). High Pressure Pumps - Liquid Ring Pumps (up to 30 inches of mercury) for vapor or total liquids and vapor extraction.BioSparge System - Remtech offers both lubricated (high efficiency filtration) and non-lubricated compressors with a large variety of sparge injection tips depending on your application
