Remtech's low-maintenance & low-cost Oil/Water Separators are designed to provide free product and solids separation from groundwater and/or wastewater. Removable coalescing media enhances emulsion breaking and ease of vessel cleaning. Remtech's separators are designed to eliminate the need for inter-process pumping by gravitational transfer to the next unit operation, i.e., Remtech's low-profile air strippers, neutralization basins, metals removal, or biological treatment systems. Removable lids and access ports provide easy access for media cleaning and solids removal. Separator shells are available in high density polyethylene, steel, or stainless.
Optional features include a free product interface floating skimmer head and removal pump actuated by a timer or product sensor. Flow capacities range from 5 to 100 gpm+.
