Remtech's BioVent Systems are designed to minimize life cycle costs associated with vent or combined sparge and vent systems. Remtech's low-pressure blowers (up to 100 inches of water) reduce off gas treatment requirements by maximizing respiration by-products, i.e. carbon dioxide and water. Blower shafts are separated from motor apertures and mounted on elevated platforms for non-explosion proof motors. Explosion proof motors are also available.

Remtech's demisters are designed to remove liquids and particulates to minimize wear and friction on blower bearings and housings. Standard Bio-Vent System options include: revent/dilution valve, vacuum gauge, flow gauge, influent and effluent sampling ports, effluent gas thermistor, and programmable timer control panel. Options include: dilution valve muffler, blower sound enclosures, sight gauge, auto-drain pump, and telemetry monitoring and controls (pressure, flow, and gas monitoring and remote system operation).

Remtech also offers rotary lobe BioVent Package Treatment Systems.
