POSITION:  Environmental/Industrial Services Technician

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of environmental project experience, excellent references, construction industry experience, hazardous waste experience and certification (i.e. OSHA 40hr HAZWOPER), Class "A" CDL a plus.  Remtech is a drug free workplace.  Pre-employment drug free testing is required for employment

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

•  High School Diploma plus three 3 years experience

• Junior College or Tech School Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Science

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Operate trucks, vehicles, routinely used tools equipment, and environmental instrumentation

•  Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment

•  Maintain on-call availability to perform emergency response and industrial services

•  Perform remediation services which include storage tank cleaning, industrial cleaning & maintenance

•  Participate in daily and weekly safety meetings adhering to the job specific and company safety policies

•  Keep training record up to date with all company required training

POSITION:  Hazardous Materials Technician Team Member

Education Requirements

•  High School or GED.  Technical College coursework desirable.

•  Qualified employees must possess or be able to complete the 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.

Experience Requirements

1-2 year's experience performing related work (firefighting, emergency response, general construction, industrial cleaning) is preferred.

Position Requirements

•  Valid unrestricted driver's license with an excellent driving record within company standards.

•  Must be able to follow directions, read/write/speak and understand english.

•  Must pass fit for duty physical, drug and alcohol screening, and detailed background check.

•  Support Remtech's 24/7/365 emergency response, environmental remediation, and industrial maintenance.                    

•  Strong mechanical aptitude.
